JOB DETAILS :
- Consulting and answering questions for customers about insurance products.
- Searching for potential customers through Offline, Online channels interested in health, finance, insurance.
- Taking care of customers and supporting customers with procedures related to paying insurance benefits.
- Read the documents provided on the Law on Insurance Business and Professional Ethics in order to give correct and sufficient advice to customers.
- Coordinate with departments and divisions of the company to implement digital projects on insurance.
- Participate in product training programs, consulting skills according to the company's roadmap.
-- Guide customers to declare health to participate in insurance and guide to pay insurance premiums for customers.
REQUEST :
- Responsible for the work.
- Desire to develop yourself, desire to be successful and willing to work hard to achieve goals.
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- No experience will be trained.
- Age 20 or older living in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Willing to learn new things, not afraid of difficulties when approaching new environment, new knowledge.
- Open-minded, sociable, like to make friends with people.
