JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive orders from sales department, analyze data, plan production schedule.
- Decide how best to use factory workers and equipment to meet production goals
- Ensure production is on schedule and within budget
- Monitor the import, export and production processes to provide appropriate development directions and recommendations.
- Monitor and supervise the workforce in the factory
- Support data analysis to evaluate the working efficiency of each group, department and individual in the factory.
- Coordinate work, plan import and export of goods and finished products
- Troubleshooting production issues
- Write production report
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and General Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male, College or University graduate or higher in majors related to business administration, import-export, accounting, logistics, commerce,...
- Priority is given to candidates with 1 year or more experience in a similar position.
- Know foreign languages: English or Chinese is an advantage
- Proficient in machinery and equipment used in the production process
- Quick and problem solving

- Starting salary: From 10-15 million VND or more (depending on ability)

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (7:30 am to 4:30 pm)
