    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT:
    • Responsible for consulting, introducing business activities as well as promoting products and services of Benmar Communications LLC Company (“ Company ”) to partners and customers, thereby, searching new business opportunities in line with the Company's development orientation in the Vietnamese market;
    • Develop plans, plan and conduct market analysis and research on projects in the field of information technology in Vietnam, propose and implement strategies to promote products and services of the Company. Ty;
    • Identify potential markets that are trending or volatile; at the same time update new products and services of competitors in the Vietnamese market;
    • Learn, research market needs, meet partners, potential customers, collect information and opinions to capture their needs;
    • Responsible for implementing, operating and supervising all activities of the Representative Office and managing related expenses during operation;
    • Approve documents and documents according to authority, control and sign reports related to the operation of the Representative Office;
    • Sign a contract to lease the office and decide on the lease or purchase of office equipment and other necessary items for the operation of the Representative Office;
    • On behalf of the Representative Office to work with state agencies when required;
    • Directly recruiting, building and managing a team of human resources (Vietnamese and foreigners) based on the actual needs of the Representative Office from time to time;
    • Report on the status and effectiveness of ongoing projects as well as the operation of the Representative Office to the Board of Directors of the Company;
    • Perform other tasks according to the actual situation and requirements of the Board of Directors of the Company.
