• Develop and implement the Department's work plan, assign work, train employees, manage and supervise work, evaluate employee performance.
• Develop plans, negotiate service prices with transport units, develop new and better suppliers while maintaining and developing relationships with traditional suppliers.
- Manage, store import and export records, perform transaction activities, negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers..
- Implement import-export procedures and documents such as purchase and sale contracts, shipping documents, import-export documents, payment procedures, delivery and receipt of goods, etc., complying with the requirements in the L/C, of the customer. , of the supplier, of the shipping agent, of the Customs.
- Receive, check, compare, import and export goods dossiers with actual quantity during the process of making customs clearance documents.
