Job Description

Work content:

Responsible for managing the activities of the Japanese study abroad admission office and Kohi Japanese business customers.
Responsible for completing targets and sales assigned by the Board of Directors/Board of Management.
Organize the construction of the Sales system, recruit the Sales apparatus to ensure the completion of the assigned department's targets.
Manage, train, and guide the sales team to work enthusiastically, professionally, and effectively.
Build customer data and develop the Company's strategic partner network.
Organize consulting events, seminars & enrollment programs to find potential customers.
Resolve customer complaints.
Support the team to process documents and complete study abroad documents for students.
Make work reports by day, week, month, quarter
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors or authorized persons

Working time

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (1:30 hour lunch break)
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m

Request

Age: from 30 years old
Qualification: University graduate or higher
Experience: at least 01 year working as Head of Department/Enrollment Manager at educational units.
Skills in managing, building, leading and developing teams.
Listening, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work in groups, work with individuals, and work independently
Be proactive, adapt to change and have a high sense of responsibility at work
