Job description:
- Ensure that the purchasing department is operating properly "Purchase Process"
- Ensure the purchasing department provides timely supplies, survey prices, and conduct price negotiations with suppliers on construction equipment products, construction auxiliary materials, etc.
- Ensure the progress of making orders when approved by the Board of Directors on quality and price.
- Make statistics, report on quality evaluation of suppliers periodically, report and control purchasing costs within the approved budget on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Track order progress, delivery time, invoices and negotiate return policy,...
- Monitor the activities of the Purchasing Department, ensure that the office staff work properly and efficiently.
- Perform related tasks from the Board of Directors.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 01 year or more in the position of purchasing manager in the construction industry or M&E is an advantage.
- Graduated from University/College/High School.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Good moral character
- Enthusiastic, careful, honest and hardworking
- Proficient in office
- Good synthesis and analysis ability
