- Manage design teams: Chassis, Body, Electrical and Bus Interior
- Set up, organize, manage and operate all activities of the Design Team.
- Train, guide, develop and evaluate the working efficiency of the department and staff in the group.
- Propose ideas, create design plans, develop technical drawings and design documents. - Research and propose to the Board of Directors possible measures and solutions related to the activities of the Design Department.
- Participate in designing detailed drawings to serve product localization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: Graduated from University majoring in automotive engineering
- Experience: Proficient in 2D and 3D design, reading and understanding mechanical and automotive drawings; Set up assembly drawings and processing drawings; Establishing processing technology guidelines; Calculate material strength & manufacturing tolerances & set norms and product standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Foreign language: Basic English
- Information technology: Proficient in office information technology, AutoCad or Catia
- Priority is given to candidates with Vinh Phuc household registration
