    Job Description

    • Organize, manage and operate activities in the Design department
    • Responsible for human resources of the Design department
    • Advise senior leaders on strategy-related work
    • Training and improving staff capacity
    • Ability to backup professional work for employees
    • Report and evaluate employee performance in the Design department
    • Resolve incidents and other arising situations
    • Motivate and build trust for employees
    • Orientation of the Design department to develop in accordance with the company's general orientation
    • Comply with company regulations and policies
    • Contributing to the development of Phong Viet
