    Job Description

    1. Responsible for organizing the operation and management of the Equipment Management Department.
    2. Manage machinery, equipment, tools, supplies. Store all records of machinery, equipment, tools and supplies of the Company.
    • Advise and be responsible for organizing the implementation of plans and tasks related to investment, management, exploitation, leasing, operation supervision, maintenance, repair, upgrading, transfer, inventory, monitoring increase and decrease, checking and confirming the safety status of machinery, equipment, tools and instruments during construction.
    • Take the lead in planning the timely transfer and mobilization of equipment, meeting quality and progress requirements; ensuring economical practices.
    • Closely monitor the exploitation and usage process. Check and evaluate the status and operating conditions of construction machinery and equipment at construction sites and projects. Promptly handle incidents in the operation of machinery and equipment. Ensure that machinery and equipment are safely stored.
    • Control the age of use and propose technical maintenance and care to increase the life of machinery and equipment. Ensure to maintain normal operating status, safety in operation and circulation. Be responsible for premature deterioration of machinery and equipment due to lack of responsibility in management.
    • Manage materials, machinery and equipment to ensure regulations on security, safety and fire prevention. Monitor, update and report import - export - inventory (including at warehouses of construction sites and projects) according to regulations. Periodically and suddenly check the status of machinery, equipment and materials. Organize the collection, preservation, circulation and propose liquidation of machinery, tools and equipment that are about to expire or are damaged or of poor quality according to the Company's regulations.
    • 3. Develop documents, instructions for application and management of the implementation of management and rotation of machinery, equipment, tools and instruments throughout the company. Report and warn of management violations during operation to the Board of Directors for direction on handling and minimizing the risk of wear, loss and damage to machinery, equipment and materials.
    1. Develop, guide the application and control of machinery, equipment and tools management processes. Coordinate and supervise the rental of machinery, equipment and tools at construction sites (if any).
    2. Manage, coordinate, recruit, train and evaluate the capacity of the equipment operating team.
    3. Management of exploitation, use and rental of machinery and equipment owned/managed by the Company ensures compliance with regulations.
    4. Coordinate with the Planning Department and the Finance and Accounting Department to develop fuel and machinery consumption norms.
    5. Report specifically on the operating status and consumption of machinery and equipment at each construction site.
    6. Conduct research and purchase of new equipment.
    7. Perform regular/ad hoc reporting and other functions and tasks as required by superiors.
