JOB CONTENT

Establish and implement detailed construction plans and schedules for each project.
Approve all structural design documents, technical drawings, and acceptance documents.
Approve all quotation documents.
Coordinate with the Technical Director in arranging and coordinating personnel, supervising engineers, and project team leaders.
Manage, monitor progress, quality, occupational safety and environmental sanitation at construction site.
Direct management of construction administrative records.
Coordinate with the Technical Director in technical acceptance work.
Negotiate prices and technical exchanges with subcontractors and suppliers.
Daily/weekly report on site status to Technical Director and Deputy General Director.
Professional training for subordinate staff.
