Tìm kiếm, quản lý hiệu quả các nguồn vốn của Khối K-12 và các mảng kinh doanh khác;
Phân tích tình hình tài chính và cảnh báo các nguy cơ, đưa ra các giải pháp nhằm đảm bảo chính sách tài chính hiệu quả, lành mạnh;
Phân tích, quản lý các danh mục đầu tư và cơ cấu đầu tư, hoạch định ngân sách vốn đầu tư;
Theo dõi, phân tích, đánh giá và đưa ra các công cụ quản trị, dự báo rủi ro tài chính;
Lập và quản trị ngân sách, dòng tiền của Khối K-12.
