Build production processes
- Coordinate with departments under the production block and related departments to develop production processes and product quality management processes.
- Disseminate and guide the production block and directly related departments on the implementation process.
- Build a production management system according to 5S/ISO standards.
* Production planning
- Based on the overall plan, inspect and plan production departments to ensure that progress and quality requirements are met.
- Have appropriate monitoring measures and solutions to ensure that departments under the Production Division execute on schedule according to the production plan.
- Develop production norms (materials, labor) for each type of product.
- Advise the Board of Directors, build a comprehensive development strategy for the production sector according to short-term, medium-term and long-term programs.
* Implement production plans
- Organize and assign work according to plans made for departments. Guide and urge departments to ensure compliance with procedures, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Balance production capacity between factories/departments, proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency.
- Direct, inspect, urge and adjust the progress of order production plans to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Responsible to direct superiors for production progress and quality.
- Evaluate work performance and production plans periodically by month, quarter, and year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: Graduated from university
- Experience: More than 5 years of production management experience in mechanical and engineering companies
- Proficient in reading and understanding AutoCad drawings
