    Job Description

    Learn about the company's product lines, understand the company's product types such as tablets, liquid, soft, specifications...
    - Develop product formulas according to customer requirements with full raw material norms and calculate product costs.
    - Develop production processes and learn about procedures for registration for circulation of new products
    - Control R&D staff preparing test samples, control unusual problems in the research stage, find out the causes, and propose solutions
    - Effective management of staff. Train and guide department employees, building a team of professional, enthusiastic, and self-aware employees at work.
    - Coordinate with members of the Board of Directors to achieve product research goals according to the Company's development orientation. Responsible to the General Director for product research of the factory
