WORK CONTENT
1. Teaching quality management:
- Monitoring the progress of students through periodic reports of the branch;
- Regular attendance and training of teachers at the branch;
- Timely feedback and resolution of feedback issues related to teaching quality;
- Support and participate in the recruitment of teachers by attending the teacher's time at the end of the probationary period to serve as a basis for proposing to sign an official contract;
- Guide teachers, Training Staff (AO), Teaching Assistants (TA) at the branch about the program, teaching requirements and work.
2. Regular contact with teachers:
- Acting as a bridge between teachers and the General Office through daily contact at the branch;
- Receive and filter feedback from teachers about curricula, programs, and exam questions;
- Check and supervise the behavior and teaching of teachers at the branch they are in charge of;
- Deploy to teachers the implementation of extracurricular activities of students;
- Organize weekly and monthly teacher meetings.
3. Management of Training Staff, Teaching Assistants:
- Comprehensive management of the room and teaching assistants in the daily quality inspection and assessment as planned.
- Resolve feedback related to teaching quality and action of branch teachers;
- Participate in recruitment and propose implementation of policies for teachers (proposal to increase salary, extend/terminate labor contract, ...)
- Receive and propose to the Accounting Department - General Office of the branch teachers' salary advance in their charge;
- Sign and approve the proposal of teaching materials for teachers at the branch in charge;
- Check and sign the monthly table of total teaching hours of teachers;
- Sign the final transcripts of all curricula (except for the Global Kids program);
- Proposing recruitment, salary increase, re-signing contract with Training Staff, Teaching Assistant.
