    Job Description

    • Develop a monthly/quarterly sales plan and submit it for approval at the end of each month/quarter. Prepare quarterly/monthly action plans of the project to achieve the set business targets.
    • Make a plan to allocate monthly business targets for agents at the project.
    • Responsible for developing a system of agents to sell and distribute real estate products of the Group/Company.
    • Work with internal departments in the company to build products, update Owner's sales documents, product information.
    • Product training for employees of distribution agents;
    • Control the sales process, ensure that agents follow the approved process and policies, minimize customer complaints, return goods and other risks.
    • Lead and directly organize the prospecting and exploiting of potential customers.
    • Coordinate market research and competitors to propose appropriate sales programs/policies/products.
    • Coordinating exchange of information with the Marketing Department of the Company and Marketing Agency to make a common strategy, to be an information bridge between Marketing Company and Marketing Agency.
    • Implement and monitor the implementation of the approved budget. Proposing monthly and quarterly budget adjustments (if necessary).
