    Job Description

    1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Business Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute business plans for departments and branch offices, ensuring business activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and direction;
    • Supervision and supervision: Closely monitor the progress and quality of work of departments, remind and supervise the implementation of the set plan;
    • Develop long-term strategies and plans: Consult with the Board of Directors to develop and update short-term, medium-term and long-term business strategies;
    • Relationship building and management: Search and develop relationships with partners and potential customers to expand the market and enhance cooperation;
    • Team Management: Coordinate work and support sales staff to achieve set revenue targets;
    • Customer Development: Search and develop new customers, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers;
    • Customer Care: Manage customer care activities, resolve customer complaints and queries effectively;

    2. WORK STANDARDS

    Education/degree

    • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing,... and other related majors;
    • Proficient in English or Chinese communication to work in a multinational environment.

    Experience

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, especially in the field of human resource supply,...;
    • Knowledgeable in business strategy development, market expansion and project management.

    Knowledge and professional competence

    • Deep understanding of the market, consumer trends and product development methods;
    • Proficient in business planning, SWOT analysis and budget management;
    • Build and implement effective revenue growth strategies.

    Skill

    • Excellent leadership, strategic direction and team development skills;
    • Sharp analytical and problem solving skills, quick and accurate decision making;
    • Sportsmanship and fitness, enthusiastically participate in sports activities such as badminton, jogging, encourage employees to have a healthy lifestyle
