I. Professional work:
1. Plan an overview strategy for the company's existing and new products.
- Research the market and competitor products to have a more effective and long-term product development strategy.
- Create, come up with ideas, research products according to the market and company goals
2. Coordinate with relevant departments
Coordinate with Marketing department:
- Exchange information to understand market needs, consumer trends and product requirements.
- Participate in building product positioning, developing communication messages, and product marketing plans.
- Collect feedback from marketing campaigns to improve products, enhance quality and competitiveness.
- Support the implementation of product launch activities and promotional events.
Directly manage R&D, Design, Market research department:
- Provide ideas to create new products and improve the quality of old products.
Research and develop designs, improve on existing products to create a new look for the product.
- Provide ideas and solutions for product packaging, labels, and bottles to increase brand recognition.
II. Team management:
- Assign work and tasks to personnel related to the company's product development activities.
- Monitor the work performance of staff, motivate staff to work more effectively
- Training and improving professional skills for staff.
