    Job Description

    1. Job description:
    • Advise the General Director and directly build investment strategies and investment plans in real estate.
    • Timely propose and develop new projects in the field of real estate for the Company.
    • Search, propose and develop new projects in the real estate sector.
    • Check, monitor and urge the completion of legal documents, design documents, cost estimates in accordance with current regulations and actual project implementation.
    • Develop criteria to evaluate project effectiveness, select investment projects
    • Search and propose effective investment plans and solutions to the leaders.
    • Presiding over the development of the outline of architectural ideas in the master plan, planning and technical solutions.
    • Evaluation and analysis of investment efficiency and project finance
    • Manage and monitor the investment portfolio, the overall progress of the company's projects.
    • Develop Regulations, Business Processes, propose improvements to perform professional tasks of the department
    • Other jobs as assigned
    1. Job requirements:
    • Graduated from University/Master's Degree majoring in Construction Economics, Construction, Architecture, Planning, ....
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the positions of Design Manager, Assistant to the CEO on Investment or similar positions
    • Priority is given to having certificates of investment project evaluation, investment project appraisal, bidding, project management, etc.
    • Ability to read drawings, and review technical and planning documents
    • Have a strategic vision, acumen in investment, search and identify investment opportunities in real estate business
    • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with relevant Ministries, Departments, Boards and Sectors for work
    • Proficient in the processes from planning to implementation of projects.
    • General knowledge Real estate market, construction investment trends
    • Knowledge of project management, planning and project appraisal.
    • Mastering and understanding the Laws: Construction, Investment, Land, Planning, Housing, Real estate business..., legal papers related to investment projects, assessing the completeness of the dossiers. project profile
    • Legal appraisal, project legal documents, architecture, planning... related matters: Applying for approval and carrying out project procedures, land allocation, compensation, bidding, auction, ...
    • Relationship building, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Good planning and reporting skills.
    • Project planning skills, overall project implementation plan…; Organizational and management skills
