    • Advise and advise on legal issues of businesses related to Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Investment Law, Bidding Law, Labor Law, ...;
    • Consulting, drafting, reviewing all types of Company contracts, implementing documents related to share transfer and brand franchising
    • Consulting, drafting, registering intellectual property rights, protecting trademarks, goods, copyright protection, ...;
    • Consulting on legal issues related to business discussions, negotiations, and negotiations; complaints, lawsuits, and disputes in business activities;
    • Coordinate with the Legal Department to carry out internal legal work;
    • Control the legality, suitability and legality of documents issued by the Company;
    • Support the development and drafting of Charters, Labor Regulations and regulations on organization, management and administration of the enterprise apparatus.
    • Assess investment and business environmental risks for investment projects of enterprises abroad. Give legal opinions on organizational and management decisions of the enterprise.
