Strategic consulting and human resource planning for Departments.
Analyze trends to propose solutions, programs and policies consistent with the development strategy of each Department and Company.
Manage the recruitment process and make appropriate decisions for each Department.
Coordinate with the Board of Directors, Department Heads and employees to improve cooperation between departments, build morale, increase productivity and motivation for all Company personnel.
Directly advise Department Heads on issues related to human resource strategy, performance management and career development paths at the Company.
Develop internal human resources policies.
Develop training needs for Departments and Department Heads. Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to capture effectiveness and meet each Department's training goals.
Build relationships with relevant agencies/departments.
Support the development of other issues related to the Company's business activities.

Job requirements
Graduated with major in Human Resources Management/International Business Administration or related field
+5 years of experience related to human resource management.
Experienced in handling complex issues related to human resources such as benefits, organizational structure analysis, labor relations, performance management, motivation, labor law, salary and bonus structure , …
Have good analytical and thinking skills.
Solve problems flexibly and effectively.
