Job Description

Alpha Books is a publishing company with a vision to become a pioneer in the content and knowledge industry in Vietnam with 200 employees across 3 regions: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Vinh. Currently, we are looking for a real expert in the field of Human Resources - who has both professional competence and strategic vision ; can lead, make decisions and motivate, motivate employees, ensure the quality of human resources to join us in successfully achieving the goals in Production and Business activities. Specifically:
- RECRUITMENT : Direct, monitor and evaluate new recruitment and talent retention plans.
- TRAINING & RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT: Propose, approve, and implement training initiatives, skills and professional development programs or further educational opportunities.
- LABOR RELATIONSHIP : The goal is to help employees integrate easily, strengthen cooperation, and connect employees in the company. In addition, the head of human resources department is also responsible for creating a fair and equal environment in the workplace. Perform professional work and procedures related to labor in a fair and consistent manner.
- BUILD AND MAINTENANCE COMPANY CULTURE : Actively share company values, standards and vision with employees, organize events, collective activities to increase cohesion... positive culture.
- Managing and building a system of SALARY, BONUS, WELCOME and personnel evaluation policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrate competence in core HR function areas including: policy development, training, employee relations, management coaching, employee coaching, personnel development planning, development organization, organizational design, ...;
- Easily adapt to non-traditional and creative human resource culture;
- Ability to make quick decisions;
- Strong business thinking, planning and organizational skills;
- Strong relationship building skills and emotional intelligence to establish relationships, trust and work effectively with different audiences;
- Strong persuasion and influence skills to advise and provide solutions to all levels of management;
- Ability to adapt and cope with change, challenge the status quo and be a change agent/leader;
- Priority is given to candidates who are strong in training activities in enterprises;
- Preference will be given to candidates with background in the publishing industry.
