- Manage employees and be responsible for all the work of the Purchasing department
- Manage the process of purchasing goods and services
- Supervising and evaluating personnel in Purchasing department
- Planning to purchase raw materials for the department
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
- Build and maintain close relationships with suppliers
- Track inventory levels and manage procurement schedules to meet production requirements
- Manage monthly purchasing costs
