Job Description

Responsibility for professional work

Plan and strategize marketing for the company, including digital marketing, advertising, PR, events.
Build and implement marketing campaigns to increase revenue and enhance brand awareness.
Research the market, competitors, and customer needs to propose effective marketing solutions.
Analyze, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results to the Board of Directors

Management responsibility

Responsible for developing quarterly marketing plans according to the Board of Directors' approved direction and budget.
Manage marketing budget, ensure reasonable and effective spending.
Manage marketing team, assign work and monitor performance of members.
Directly participate in page running activities, offline events, stand at the Market School, Residential Area...
Partner development orientation and control by KPI data source to check in conversion after data.
