1. JOB CONTENT
- Build, manage and coordinate the Marketing department
- Marketing planning: monthly marketing plan, digital marketing channel development plan
- Take the highest responsibility for the organization and quality of marketing activities, promoting the company's image and products to the public and internally to promote and achieve the company's goals.
- Organize, implement, test and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Responsible for managing and evaluating the department's work performance (goal setting, planning, monitoring, mentoring, evaluation, feedback)
- Set up process systems and management systems at the department.
- Training and developing human resources in the marketing department.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors and the company.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from Intermediate School, College, University or higher with majors in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics/ IT.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of Marketing knowledge and branding.
- Understanding of the software field is an advantage
- Management and leadership skills.
- Good communication skill.
