- Participating in the development of a common development strategy
- Developing strategies and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies (mainly Digital) to find and expand the set of potential customers, ensure sales targets, and develop the company's market share in the market; Including customer sources obtained through running ads (Facebook, Zalo, Coc Coc, Google, Tiktok...), and organic channels (word of mouth, social media, Inbound marketing, SEO, .. .)
- Monitor and report progress and results of ongoing work.
- Building a reporting system, measuring the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns. Reporting analysis and evaluation of Marketing activities by week, month, quarter, year and upon request;
- Regularly collect feedback from the market, analyze market research reports, customer behavior, sales goals, etc. to capture growth opportunities and identify risks. may affect sales and market share;
- Responsible for planning the recruitment, training and development of human resources in the Marketing Division;
- Build video scripts to introduce products, introduce businesses, TVC.. Manage content of channels
- Make a weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing plan and then report the work to the Board of Directors
