- Responsible for formulating the annual marketing and branding strategy, including competitor analysis, market trends and identifying realistic ideas for developing and expanding the system-centric business Cambridge (CB) Language and Test Center VN350.
- Responsible for developing and managing a team of marketing, branding and market research to ensure the implementation of quality and effective marketing and communication plans throughout the system.
- Propose, plan, budget marketing activities in each market in accordance with the overall Marketing strategy and KPIs of CB.
- Manage approved Marketing budget, track related contracts and payment vouchers. Ensure that the legal basis of marketing and sales activities of the whole system complies with the provisions of law
- Responsible for coordinating activities of Marketing Department and coordinating with departments under VP TSC and personnel in charge of business units to implement items related to the approved plan.
- Conduct in-depth research on new markets and business products, propose new facility opening plans and marketing plans in line with the company's overall Marketing strategy.
- Report and evaluate monthly activities performed based on the following criteria: number of students on campus, number of registered students, communication activities, general image of activities, etc.
- Contact and negotiate with partners to find cooperation opportunities with the goal of promoting brand identity, attracting new potential students in provinces & cities and implementing activities for students current to create added values, build image and satisfy students/parents.
- Build interactive channels to collect customer feedback throughout the system, handle complaints and crises when necessary to improve services, products and students' learning and exam results pellets.
- Responsible for working with suppliers to produce publications: Company profile, annual report, company handbook... and pictures of CB's current facilities including: including: advertising in front of the building, images inside the center including but not limited to bulletin board, digital standee, digital poster frame, elevator LED screen (if any), decorative images at the facility, suggest to change the image in case the image is old, damaged or when necessary.
- Controlling digital media content and promoting on social media channels, websites, and other media channels to ensure core values, corporate image and manage these activities to ensure The KPIs of source students from these channels are in the assigned KPIs.
- Propose ideas & support for product research activities, general activities of centers and exam organizations: Activities of teachers, students, staff & external sponsorship programs.
- Regularly update the results & analyze the effectiveness of Marketing and brand promotion activities.
- Coordinate the necessary work of the department to monitor and update competitor's marketing activities & new information in the market.
- Design, build, implement and develop Marketing strategy for new programs and new centers of the company.
- Develop and implement quality customer service standards
- Develop and plan accordingly to ensure student-centered core values
- Develop student care programs, survey student and parent satisfaction to develop a plan to improve service quality
