Job Description

Develop plans, manage and execute strategies for the marketing department.
Conceptualize, coordinate and execute content campaigns on platforms (Facebook, TikTok, community pages, ...)
Coordinate & supervise the implementation and coordination of the Marketing team on content, design, advertising, ... to ensure KPI and achieve maximum efficiency
Manage approved Marketing budgets to ensure budget optimization
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust accordingly to maximize ROI.
Monitor industry trends and new technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Research the market, analyze competitors and identify target customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to research and improve services according to customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales to optimize sales consulting process

Job Requirements

College degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or other related majors.
Age from 27-40 years old
Experience of 3 years or more in similar position.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the field of kitchen appliances.
Experienced in business planning, promotional strategies and implementation.
Good team management skills.
Logical thinking, understanding and analyzing good indicators.
