Manage and operate Marketing department
- Develop and implement marketing plans to ensure that the set goals are achieved according to the plan.
- Build strategies, budgets, content, run Facebook ads, Google ads, Zalo ads, e-commerce, etc. for sales promotion campaigns.
- Manage brand identity system, operate & monitor implementation plans of periodic communication activities as well as arising marketing programs.
- Plan, budget, organize brand promotion events, commercial events, co-branded events with partners.
- Research, synthesize, analyze market information, customers and competitors, and company services.
- Build and evaluate KPIs for the Marketing department as well as KPIs for each employee.
- Manage Marketing budget, process payments for related items.
- Manage and resolve communication crises, product and service complaints. Handle risks arising during campaign operations.
- Contact and coordinate work implementation with departments in common campaigns.
In charge of professional management of Marketing department
- Implement communication/branding/PR Booking/Run ads branding activities.
- Event organization/Partner development/Flyers/clinic introduction clips.
- Market research/new product/service proposal & communication orientation
- Reception, diplomacy and working with press/media agencies.

- SEO/ Inbound Marketing Deployment.
- PR booking/ Seeding/ group development.
- Run performance to leads
- Software management (CRM, call center, customer information system, Marketing automation tools...)
Employee training and support
- Manage human resources (assign work, support employees, promote, motivate) and manage work progress + quality to ensure completion. If any problems arise, there is a ready intervention plan to handle them promptly.
Report to the Marketing Manager on assigned tasks on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6-month, and yearly basis and report on unexpected cases or assigned tasks.
