- Work directly with the sales department and customers to clearly define technical and quality requirements from customers.
- Establish and develop product technical information
- Calculate the cost of manufactured products.
- Make a list of materials needed for production.
- Set up production process
- Set up and manage technical documents and production product drawings
- Perform and provide professional guidance on technical work in the factory such as: guiding production tasks, new production techniques to apply, changed or newly issued standards.
- Manage production techniques and quality for manufactured products.
- Advise Company leaders in managing factory operations, materials, planning, engineering, and production. Search, develop and manage technical issues of each project.
- Plan training for Technical Department staff according to the Company's development strategy.
- Develop plans based on monthly and quarterly tasks.
- Manage, direct and supervise the activities of staff in the department to complete professional tasks assigned by the Company. Do well in Organization work.
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for implementing and implementing the tasks of the Technical Department
