JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive production plan orders from Factory Director and proceed to implement production plans for the unit under his/her management.
- Research and learn carefully the information about Technical Documents, customer's PP Samples, Technical samples, norms of materials, Detailed table of cutting instructions, ...
- Planning and organizing the implementation of work to each employee in the unit. - Report to the Plant Director on the tasks and functions of the Technical Department.
- The arising tasks are assigned by the leader and in charge of the department.
- The work discussed in the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience as a production manager in the garment industry.
- Knowledge of the technical and operating process of garment industry
