Job description:
- Manage general work of the Engineering department (design, sample making, mold making, BOM creation, SOP creation, technical processing, ...)
- Analyze new products (material, structure, printing technique, process, packaging,...)
- Training to improve professional skills for employees
- Technical improvements to optimize costs
- Organize 4M1E meetings
- Ensure 7S within management scope
- Improve technical department working process to improve efficiency
- Work with departments to handle abnormalities during the production process
- Other tasks assigned by the General Director
+ Factory scale of 600 people, area of 4 hectares, technical department of 15 people
+ Field: production of corrugated paper, cartons, color printed boxes, hard gift boxes, plastic trays, labels, puzzles...
Request:
- Proficient in CAD, AI, 3D, PDCA
