Responsible for the management and development of the technical department (R&D, PE, prototyping and maintenance).
Create, manage and execute new product development plans.
Assist in the development of related processes and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to develop human resources, implement control and continuous improvement according to ISO 9001/14001/
Support other Amphenol divisions and factories worldwide as required.
At least graduated in Mechanical Engineering (Preference will be given to Polytechnic University).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Solid works, Creo or Onshape.
Proficient in office software (Word, Email, Excel, Powerpoint...). Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
Ability to work without supervision. Good moral character.
Can work under pressure.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Trained by international experts.
Shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City to the company and vice versa.
There is an annual salary increase schedule.
13th month salary, Kaizen.
Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00
Day off: 2 Saturday, and Sunday off.
