I. OVERALL MANAGEMENT 35%
- Advising company leaders on activities related to quotation of substation electrical cabinets projects
- Directly manage, organize the work and be responsible for the performance of the Engineering - Construction Department.
- Manage, evaluate, promote personnel, participate in interviews, recruit personnel in the Engineering - Construction Department
- Participate in the construction and be responsible for reviewing the processes related to the work of P. Engineering - Construction. Ensure that the employees of the department in charge follow the correct procedures. 5%
- Participating in training and improving professional knowledge for the personnel of the department assigned to be in charge. 5%
-Coordinating with the Board of Directors of the Company to build a control system and control activities for the Company in the fields under their direct responsibility. 5%
II. MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION BLOCK 40%
- Managing and operating the quotation of electrical cabinets and substations
-. Coordinate with Sales Department to plan the project, do quotation work and apply for support from technical support suppliers for customers to participate in the project smoothly.
- Communicate with the Factory and Supply Department to make a schedule for the LSX.
- Schedule the design of drawings,
- Design production and project implementation: Design mechanical + electrical drawings related to the project; Discuss with customers to finalize the browser drawing and control the factory to follow the browser drawing; Check the final product of the Engineering - Construction department before transferring to the factory.
- Control QC issues at the factory and at construction projects.
-. Research and improve products: Coordinate with the Supply Department to purchase and control new products to improve product quality.
