Job Description

Supervising and training workers on product manufacturing techniques, machinery and equipment operation techniques.
Responsible for organizing and operating, assigning work, effectively managing departments: production, logistics-logistics, quality assurance, compliance (Environment, Fire Protection, ATLD...) to serve the purpose. general goals of the Company.
Detect, guide and promptly handle errors on machinery and equipment, chemical formulas leading to poor quality finished products-
Ensure efficient operation of departments on the principle of compliance with industry requirements, ISO, as well as compliance with Vietnamese law and achieve the goals set by the company.
Planning, implementing the organization as well as inspecting and urging employees to work on schedule, ensuring product quality, and increasing labor productivity.
Coordinate with departments to find out the cause of product defects, guide customers to use the correct technical standards so that the product has the best use, contribute to customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
Research on chemistry to create many new glue products to meet customer needs.
Check machines, work processes and make recommendations to management to optimize costs.
Management creates unity for the organization between management and employees. Reporting directly to the General Director and the Investor.
