Job Description

Mandates:

Ensure the implementation of information and documents in accordance with the process steps (production deployment process)
Ensure documents are issued accurately and on time
Ensure the planning and monitoring of the plan of the unit in charge
Constantly promoting initiatives and technical improvements to increase labor productivity and reduce production costs
Comply with company rules and regulations
Plan, organize and supervise the work of technical staff.
Evaluate progress and results.
Synthesize product technical information and transfer information to P.Plan for deployment in work orders and costing.
Make suggestions and report to superiors on work-related issues such as directions, remedial measures.
Deploy production information to the Production Department.
Make a BOM table (quotation, sample making, production).
Make a quality standard table for each product.
Stamp, track, provide BOM, drawings, quality standards for Production Block

Detailed Experience/Skills

Level:

Graduated from University with a major in engineering
Ability to plan, manage and work in a team
Working experience, management in the field of furniture or wood factories in the technical or production department for 3 years or more

Skill :

Mastering the production process for furniture (preferably exported furniture)
Mastering the furniture production line
Proficient in using Auto CAD/Alphacam/Solid work software
Creative thinking ability
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work under high pressure
Don't be afraid to challenge and work hard to find the best solution to solve the problem.
Leadership and HR skills.
Logical and creative thinking skills.
Good and effective decision making skills.
