JOB DETAILS: Directly receive customer assignments from sales, conduct thorough surveys, and install and set up the system according to established standards regarding specifications and dosages. Proactively provide customer care within the assigned territory, area, and customer base, following current procedures and regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- We directly place orders and deliver goods directly to customers, along with instructions for use.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Technical Team Leader, Technical Department Head, and Company Management.
- Responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of all customers within the assigned territory, region, and customer segment.
- Responsible for providing smooth, safe, and accurate service in terms of dosage, specifications, and design to all customers within the branch.
- Responsible for ensuring the efficient use of assets, materials, equipment, personal protective equipment, and tools provided by the Company.
- Ensure that the assigned periodic technical targets are met.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updates of customer information as per company regulations, within the scope of assigned existing customer numbers.
- Proactively propose effective technical solutions and approaches during on-site work to contribute to improving and innovating the company's work processes and regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by the Technical Team Leader, Technical Department Head, and the Company's Board of Directors.
REQUEST:- Graduated from vocational school or higher (technical majors preferred).
- Occupational Safety and Health Certificate.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of independently conducting field surveys, troubleshooting, and providing customer service.
- Candidates without prior experience will receive training.
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems, piping, welding techniques, and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Possesses knowledge of water treatment, chemicals, and water treatment technology equipment.
- Be familiar with the company's products and services.
- Understand workplace safety regulations.
- Know how to drive a car (have a valid driver's license).
