Job Description

Carry out tasks related to planning, implementing and managing export activities, exploitation and finding potential customers.
Monitor and supervise the work of export department staff.
Optimize international e-commerce channels.
Prepare reports on customers and markets as requested by superiors.
Report overall work weekly and monthly to the board of directors.
Supervise and urge the implementation of KPI of the export sales team.
Coordinate with the purchasing department and accounting department to plan scheduled shipments
Manage shipping units, support documentation staff to handle when trouble occurs.
Manage sales team, training on sales skills and products for the team. Support to handle problems that arise with customers.
Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
Responsible for the business results of the export sales department before the board of directors
