● Commission according to company policy
● Allowance: Lunch 780,000 VND/month, Attendance: 300,000 VND/month

Candidate profile:
● Qualification: College degree or higher, priority given to candidates with degrees in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
● Experience: At least 1 year of management experience in the field of e-commerce.
● Professional knowledge and skills:
+ Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms
+ Proficient in office software
+ Skills in planning, implementing, controlling, reporting work, and handling situations.
+ Honest, careful, highly responsible
Work to be done:
● Build and deploy e-commerce channel business operations process, build online promotion and business strategies to optimize and develop e-commerce channels
● Plan and implement monthly and quarterly business plans. Coordinate and control all operations of the e-commerce sector.
● Manage costs, optimize operations to achieve sales targets and grow e-commerce channels
● Participate and coordinate with the Marketing department to design, film, and promote the e-commerce platform.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion and marketing program.
● Synthesize, analyze, and report business results by program, month, and quarter.
● Organize, assign, guide and supervise staff in planning, implementing and evaluating the results of activities to ensure the e-commerce site is put into good operation and on schedule.
● Report weekly results and closely follow established KPIs
● Responsible for researching the market and changing trends, customer needs to build and propose specific business strategies for each stage.
● Directly negotiate with E-commerce partners to execute sales strategies.
● Conduct research to find new markets and expand sales markets.
● Advise and propose to the Board of Directors on e-commerce development orientation and plans to meet development goals.
