Job description
- Managing and operating the Company's business activities, effectively organizing business activities and promoting the completion of assigned sales targets.
- Participating in planning and implementing the plan according to the approved goals to promote business activities of the Company.
- Manage and train, manage human resources and recruit personnel to meet the business plan of the department.
- Planning the implementation of the project the company is distributing to the department's personnel.
- Regularly attend classes provided by the company, organize product training and basic sales skills training for sales staff in their department.
- Planning to develop and expand the products distributed by the company and allocate business targets to the employees of the department under their management.
- Evaluating and rewarding the performance results of sales staff.
- Establishing customer partnerships, collaborators network.
- Coordinate with other departments in common work.\
Job requirements
- Graduated in Business Administration, Crowdfunding, Real Estate, Marketing, PR (Public Relation), Banking….
- Experience in the field of Finance/Banking/Real estate.
- Having good knowledge of the provisions of law related to business activities in the Finance/Banking/Real estate industry.
- Know how to build a business plan for the department, train sales guides to work in groups.
