- Participate in developing, implementing and evaluating business plans, marketing, workflows and systems to achieve or exceed monthly and annual goals.

- Participate in planning and implementing business strategies for logistics products provided by the Company to the market.

- Regularly monitor, research & update the market.

- Search for customers to introduce the Company's services. Advise customers in need of the Company's logistics services: delivery services, domestic and international freight transport, etc.

- Develop new customer network, take care of old customers to strengthen relationships and promote business.
|
- Monitor and support to resolve problems arising during service provision.
|
- Responsible for sales targets, market share, growth rate, annual operating budget and customer satisfaction through management and operation of the Department's sales staff.

- Report on results and implementation status of the Department's work weekly/monthly/yearly.
