Job Description

Business management and operation of import-export, transportation, freight and warehousing services.
Target orientation, planning and implementation of business strategies and plans to promote development and capture regional market share.
Track, monitor and report on plan implementation according to monthly, quarterly and annual progress.
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
Training and developing sales staff and managing the sales team.
Implement measures to minimize risks in freight transportation and warehousing.
Solve problems that arise during business operations.
Responsible to the Board of Directors for business results.
