Market research, collect, analyze and evaluate to come up with business guidelines.
Coordinating, managing human resources and making business strategies.
Plan and organize the implementation of the company's business plans and policies.
Implement customer support activities, make monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans.
Be responsible for and report on business activities to the Board of Directors.
Consulting customers with real estate needs provided by the company.
Implement sales plans and sales programs under the company's projects.
Consulting by phone or in person at the company.
Office work, well-trained.
Provide and consult full product information. Negotiate, negotiate and close contracts with customers.

Candidate Requirements
Manager :
Have 6 months working in a similar position and have experience in the real estate field.
University degree or above majoring in economics, business administration, marketing…
Leadership skills, executive management, analysis, statistics, reporting, planning, organization, implementation, and supervision.
Ability to express, present and persuade; risk management skills; customer relationship management skills; Skill in guiding, training, coaching staff, good work organization, under pressure.
Having a team is an advantage.
