Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Recruit regularly.
Directly participate in finding customers.
Manage and administer the operations of the Sales Department according to the Company's regulations and procedures.
Develop business plans and implement them for the team and sales staff.
Monitor and supervise the implementation of business plans, ensuring the achievement of set business goals. Analysis provides an action plan to achieve the plan.
Support employees to finalize "deals", build relationships for sales (agents, companies, individuals)
Regularly train sales skills for employees, ensuring competencies suitable for position and job requirements.
Make sure to provide adequate tools and communicate information clearly, best preparing sales staff when communicating with customers.
