    RECRUITING SALES DIRECTOR

    An Lam Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company is recruiting HEAD OF SALES DEPARTMENT

    Job description

    • Make the Department's business plan by Week/Month/Quarter/Year.
    • Planning, allocating resources, allocating business targets.
    • Urging and supporting sales staff to complete business goals.
    • Implement approved business plans, check and evaluate business activities.
    • Manage, train, retrain and develop skills for employees.
    • Participate in contributing ideas to the development of regulations, rules and policies of the Sales Department.
    • Report the results of completing business targets, building a sales team
    • Find customers and expand potential areas.
    • Demonstrate an exemplary leadership role in sales as well as other skills.
    • Building a system of department culture and Company culture

    Candidate requirements

    • Graduated from university majoring in Business Administration, Economics, etc.
    • Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
    • Priority is given to having experience in the real estate field
