    Job Description

    JOB DETAILS
    • Responsible for all activities of the Sales Department: recruiting staff, enrolling in programs the company is implementing.
    • Analyze the market, customer portrait, competitors, build business plans by month, quarter, year
    • Manage sales team to achieve growth and sales targets
    • Coordinate with the Communications department to develop short-term and long-term marketing plans (promotional programs, gifts, etc.) in line with business strategy.
    • Build relationships with external stakeholders: partners and customers
    • Deploy data analytics, explore potential markets to increase revenue streams
    • Regularly search for new customers and always update the list of old and new customers on the system.
    • Participate in introducing and consulting customers about product and service prices to persuade customers to choose to use the service.
    • Recruit, target, train and monitor performance of sales staff
    • Report daily/weekly, monthly and quarterly work and revenue to the Board of Directors
