Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish and organize the implementation of the department's business plans to ensure the proposed revenue.
Deploying the Group's projects in: Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Giang, Thanh Hoa
Develop, train and manage sales department staff
Implement strategies and business plans for company projects.
Regularly inspect and supervise the work of the Sales Department in general to promptly resolve problems and difficulties, ensuring the performance of the Sales Department's tasks to achieve the highest efficiency.
Support sales staff in negotiating and closing deals with customers
Market research and customer system development according to the company's plan

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Appearance: Male >m70; Female >m55
Experience: 1 year of experience in sales of Real Estate, Insurance, Cars, Banks, etc.
Graduated from high school or higher in Economics, Business Administration and related majors
Skills required: Communication, negotiation, planning, team management, good problem solving
