Managing and operating the sales team:

- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Building and implementing business strategy:
- Analyze the market, competitors and potential customers to develop effective business strategies.
- Develop short-term and long-term business plans, ensuring sales and profit targets.
- Propose sales and promotion policies suitable for each stage of the company's development.
Customer relationship management:
- Build and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers.
- Handle customer related issues, resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Seek and develop new business opportunities from existing and potential customers.
Negotiation and contract signing:
- Directly participate in the process of negotiating terms and signing contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate.
- Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with procedures, laws and bring optimal benefits to the company.
Reporting and analysis:
- Monitor and report departmental sales results, analyze the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
- Make recommendations for improvements and strategy adjustments based on analysis results.
Coordinate with other departments:
