Job Objective:

Ensure the company's business operations are operating at optimal efficiency through strategy development, team management, and sales process optimization.

Main Mission:

Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for restaurants.
  • Market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Team Management:

      • Recruit, train and develop sales staff.
      • Set goals and evaluate employee performance.
      • Coordinate with marketing department to implement sales advertising campaigns.
        • Customer Service:

          • Build good relationships with customers, advise and support them during the buying and selling process.
          • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
            • Data Analysis:

              • Monitor and analyze business data to evaluate performance and adjust strategy as needed.
              • Prepare periodic reports on business performance for management.
                • Coordination and Cooperation:

                  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Finance to ensure operations run smoothly.
                  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and investors.
                    • Candidate requirements

                      • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
                      • Minimum 2 years in management position.
                      • Good leadership and team management skills.
                      • Good communication and negotiation skills
                      • In-depth understanding of the restaurant market and related legal regulations
                        • Interest

                          • Salary: Income from 12 million to unlimited capacity.
