JOB DUTIES
1. Manage and promote sales activities of sales staff, support staff in closing deals with customers, develop plans and sales orientation for staff periodically on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or project basis.
2. Search and support recruitment of personnel for groups according to personnel quota.
3. Allocate and evaluate monthly and quarterly business targets for each group, control the progress of implementing sales targets and customer marketing of Sales Department staff at the Trading Floor Branch, summarize the results achieved, limitations, and at the same time propose effective solutions to help employees and Sales Department complete targets according to plan.
4. Evaluate market situation, periodically provide feedback to the Branch Director of the Trading Floor and the Company's Departments.
5. Select a list, classify potential customers, VIP customers, regular customers, ... and plan for the sales team to approach and introduce products and services suitable to the needs of each customer group.
6. Regularly organize training sessions, share experiences in customer care, negotiation, create sales motivation, ensure capacity and experience for each employee.
7. Manage, supervise, and guide employees in making sales, ensuring progress and sales targets according to plan.
8. Organize the storage of records, documents and papers according to regulations.
