Sales Manager Sales Director is the main person responsible for bringing in revenue and managing the company's Sales team :
- Manage and take main responsibility for revenue and debt of the business sector.
- Coordinate with other departments, especially the Marketing and customer care departments to achieve sales goals.
- Develop periodic business plans, expand and develop areas of operation, coordinate the implementation of programs on the furniture industry, renovation...
- Plan and implement business strategies to help expand customer files and ensure business coverage.
- Collect and synthesize information about competitors and competitive products.
- Develop and maintain markets under management.
- Evaluate and manage employee performance.
- Responsible for the progress and quality of overall work before the Board of Directors
- Personnel training and development.
- Evaluate, determine human resource needs and coordinate recruitment staff.
- And other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

- Have experience of 1.5 years or more in a similar position.
- Responsible, close-minded and committed to work;
- Ability to organize, manage and operate.
- Ability to analyze and be sensitive to market opportunities, have wide relationships, knowledge and experience in sales and marketing. Having experience in furniture and construction business is an advantage.
- Have good communication skills, dynamic and creative.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, maintain and develop customers
